“How to Declutter Your Home and Life – Before Death”

This 90-minute session is available for 1.5 CEUs through the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois. It’s also a great session if you’re a caregiver, patient, or curious participant. As an experienced death doula and self-taught minimalist, I will provide basic suggestions for ways I declutter my home and life – way before death. We will examine how decluttering makes it easier to live and helps loved ones after our deaths.

Upon completion of this program, you will:

∙ Recognize what to keep, what to donate, or what to throw away.

∙ Understand ways to declutter relationships, too.

∙ Learn about how to let go in small ways to plan for the big letting go at the end of life.
