Description: This program will provide basic suggestions for ways to declutter your home and life – way before death. We will examine how decluttering makes it easier to live and helps loved ones after our deaths.

Upon completion of this program, the participant will be able to:

∙ Understand how to declutter their homes with a simple step-by-step guide.

∙ Recognize what to keep, what to donate, or what to throw away.

∙ Understand ways to declutter relationships, too.

∙ Learn about how to let go in small ways to plan for the big letting go at the end of life.

∙ Recognize the ways that death doulas, professional organizers, and care teams help people live simpler, less complicated, and happier lives.

The link will be sent before the session begins. This is available for 1.5 CEUs through the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois. I’d also welcome caregivers, patients, and curious participants. Please join us! Each session also includes an “Ask a Doula” Q&A at the end where I’ll answer all your questions.
