Description: This program will provide information about living funerals, profound experiences, and sustained happiness. We will examine activities that promote reflection and celebration as well as awe-inspiring ways to enjoy life before you die.

Upon completion of this program, the participant will be able to:

∙ Understand the importance of living funerals and how they add joy to the end-of-life experience.

∙ Identify the differences in sustained happiness.

∙ Recognize the ways certain activities promote reflection, celebration, and awe-inspired enjoyment of life.

∙ Recognize how death doulas, therapists, and others can support clients when they create a meaningful bucket list of activities or goals they’d like to achieve before death.
